Yes! We welcome walk-in patients and offer same-day appointments at our Zephyrhills, Lakeland, and Lutz locations. We also provide 24/7 on-call support for all locations so help is available after hours. No appointment is required for walk-in visits, though scheduling ahead is recommended for guaranteed availability.
We provide comprehensive primary care including annual physicals, chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension, COPD, heart disease), weight management, women's health services, joint injections, dermatologic procedures, acute care for infections and injuries, telehealth visits, and Medicare Annual Wellness Visits. We also offer Chronic Care Management (CCM) and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) programs for eligible Medicare patients.
We have three convenient locations. Our Zephyrhills clinic is at 6151 Fort King Rd, Zephyrhills, FL 33542 (phone 813-782-5518). Our Lakeland clinic is at 1230 W. Daughtery Rd, Lakeland, FL 33810 (phone 863-858-3884). Our Lutz clinic is at 17863 Hunting Bow Cir, Suite 101, Lutz, FL 33558 and is reachable at our Zephyrhills line, 813-782-5518. Our locations serve patients throughout Pasco County, Polk County, Hillsborough County, and the greater Tampa Bay area in Florida.
Our Zephyrhills and Lakeland clinics are open in person Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Our Lutz clinic at 17863 Hunting Bow Cir, Suite 101 is open Saturday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. All three locations offer 24/7 on-call support for after-hours needs.
Yes, both Dr. Parth Patel and Dr. Omprakash Pansara are Board Certified in Family Medicine. Dr. Patel is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine, providing specialized expertise in weight management and obesity treatment.
